ARPTC convention with Darllel and Sharron partners 4.jpg

The Advocates for Reform and Positive Transitions Coalition

was officially established on November 1, 2024, under the umbrella of Marie 3 Enterprises, LLC.
In mid-September 2024, Sharron M. Gordon, CEO of Marie 3 and a dedicated Life and Business Coach, connected with Mr. Darnell Orr, an advocate for incarcerated individuals seeking administrative support and resources.

Ms. Gordon was captivated by Mr. Orr's compelling narrative regarding the circumstances surrounding his incarceration, prompting her to seek a deeper
understanding of his experiences. After months of engaging in daily telephone conversations, they discovered and shared similar passions, interests, and insights on the essential support required for disadvantaged and disenfranchised offenders and

ex-offenders who have lost hope.

They also shared disappointment with how social
injustices are handled in our society, and by the manipulative tactics and corruption within the criminal justice and legal systems.
